TICKETING

How do I purchase tickets for Madama Butterfly, and who do I contact if I need help?

Tickets are available through the official venue/box office for your selected performance date. If you need assistance—group bookings, accessibility seating, payment questions, or a confirmation you can’t locate—please contact AMI – Arte Management International via this form and include your preferred date, venue, and the name used for the order.

№ 02

SCHEDULE

What time should I arrive, and is late seating permitted?

We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes before curtain to allow time for will-call, coats, and finding your seat. Late seating policies are set by the venue and may require waiting for an appropriate break in the music before entry. If you expect to arrive late, write to us with your performance date and we will confirm the venue’s procedure.

№ 03

ACCESS

Is the performance accessible (step-free entry, wheelchair seating, hearing support)?

Accessibility services vary by venue, but many locations offer step-free routes, wheelchair positions, and companion seating, with additional supports available on request. Send us your needs and the performance date, and we will coordinate with the venue to advise on the best seating areas and any assistive listening or entry arrangements.

№ 04

DRESS CODE

Is there a dress code for attending Madama Butterfly?

Opera attire is traditionally elegant, but it is not required unless your venue specifies otherwise. Most patrons choose smart casual to formal (jackets, cocktail dresses, or evening wear for gala nights). If you are attending a premiere, patron reception, or sponsored evening, contact us and we will gladly advise on the tone for that occasion.

№ 05

PRESS

I’m media/press—how do I request press materials, interviews, or photo approval?

Press inquiries are welcome. Please use the contact form and select “Press,” then include your outlet, deadline, and what you need (press release, production notes, interviews, rehearsal access, or images). We will respond with available materials and any required photo/video credits or approval guidelines.

PATRONAGE

How can I support AMI – Arte Management International or discuss sponsorship opportunities?

AMI – Arte Management International welcomes conversations with patrons, foundations, and brand partners who value opera and cultural production. Submit an inquiry with your organization (or preferred acknowledgement), your interests (education, community access, artist support, gala events), and an ideal budget range or scope. We will follow up with tailored partnership options and next steps.
